Sprainer emerged from the flood plains of Peterborough in 2018 playing shows and recording a double single ‘Pale’ in 2019. Deciding to record a debut EP entirely D.I.Y in 2020 completely backfired days into the recording when COVID hit the world stage and left the band living 100+ miles away from each other. Finally, the ‘Can’t Fix Everything’ EP dropped in 2023 and today Sprainer are happy, focused, living within their hometown postcode and down to their ideal weight!
With a new double single in the works that will drop later this year, will the band finally get off their collective backside and do the work required to be the band they know they can be? Maybe…
